Ask HN: How to disable Windows 10 virtual desktop auto-switch to opened app

Hi, if I have some app opened on some virtual desktop (e.g. whatsapp) and I try to open the app in different desktop, it will switch to the desktop where the app is opened, it is really annoying. I would rather like to move the app to the current desktop. Is it possible to setup Windows like that? Thanks
