In Danish (probably other norse languages too) there is "sulten" which means hungry and "lækkersulten" which translates to delicious-hungry, for when I feel a craving for something in particular.
It's a good point that explicitly distinguishing them might help. If I feel hungry, I might consciously stop and assess whether I'm legitimately hungry or only delicious-hungry.
