The EU cannot function without russian gas for the near future, so it will be out of it. However, Intel, AMD, and everything remotely high-tech and with possible military use might be included.
- ct0 5y agoI hope the US decides to pump more oil as that seams like the ONLY way to push russia to do anything at all.
- gostsamo 5y agoOil and gas, but the output might not be enough. Likely Qatar, Algeria, and everyone else will be announced friends of the democratic world no matter how many people they kill domestically.
