Is it allowed to express concern about china gaining incentive influence through investments like this on HN?

- AussieWog93 5y agoI wouldn't worry about it too much. I complain about China here all the time, and the worst that has happened is a particular Hong Kong-based Frenchman disagreeing with me. ;)
