other than breaking Google/YT terms ... is there any other downside or risk to installing YT Vanced on your daily driver phone? does it break any other apps like banking/payments? how about devices on which we also have a work profile managed by employer.

you seem to think it's some sort of malware. this is actually safer than the official youtube app, because it's opensource
