I'm curious what a one-word, 4-letter, highly common name like make.com must have cost, and whether the cost is justified. In every startup I've been at, we were never able to get the .com (instead: Heap.io, Airplane.dev).
The founder of RemoteOK.com says they saw a big increase in traffic after getting the .com, but hard for me to know if that was just a natural increase in traction that would have happened anyways for them: https://twitter.com/levelsio/status/1488166336878419975 https://twitter.com/levelsio/status/1488166336878419975
