That's pretty much every reader not made by amazon. My kobo takes any epub without complaining.
- Finnucane 5y agoWhat's funny is that now Amazon asks publishers to send files as epubs. When we send them a file, they're getting the same file that all the other vendors get. Amazon, however, will still sell that file with their proprietary wrapper.
- f1refly 5y agoEbook formats are interchangeable anyway - and why wouldn't they be? There is only so many ways to represent the same text with the same metadata, the only marginal differences are compression, organisation and the possibility for digital restriction management.
