I love this game, I still play it on the original hardware, a still functioning Fat PS2. Beautiful game, and honestly deserves a play from all, whether that be through an emulator or a remake.
The soundtrack is also one of the best pieces that I've gotten on my iPod.
I can't stop peaking praise for Shadow of the Colossus.
- duxup 5y agoI loved the game but man they were not afraid to bring the PS2 to its knees performance wise...
- magikaram 5y agoI don't know if it's nostalgia, but I don't recall having performance issues. The graphics were definitely pushing the console to its limits, and I can easily see it dropping frames.
- DHPersonal 5y agoThe frame rate was poor already but it dropped deeply during some of the battle scenes. It's still my favorite PlayStation 2 game.
