- ncmncm 5y agoWith US butter, it is very hard to be sure. There is always the temptation to mix in cheaper, corn-fed butter. Likewise, American "organic" corn is very often not, as farmers and distributors get to choose who certifies them, so certifiers learn not to be too picky. Or at all picky. Or, indeed, ever to decertify anybody.
