Such tables are very confusing with longer contents and it is not possible to use it with nested markub like code blocks or bullet lists. That is much better with AsciiDoc (https://asciidoctor.org/docs/asciidoc-writers-guide/#a-new-perspective-on-tables https://asciidoctor.org/docs/asciidoc-writers-guide/#a-new-p...).
