I don't know about founders specifically, but I do know that Australia already has one of the easiest paths to migration for skilled workers, at least for non-American, non-EU citizens like myself. I found the immigration process into Australia to be relatively pain-free. Something I would like to see is an easier path for non-skilled immigrants. Note that "non-skilled" here doesn't mean unskilled, it just means "lacks paper qualifications"
