Having moved to Palo Alto last year, it feels weird to see my local news site pop up on Hacker News - a site I've visited religiously for years! Pretty cool for me :)
- gretch 5y agoWhat really? I feel like Palo Alto is on here all time given that it’s the cradle of a bazillion startups, home of Sandhill road, Stanford, and one time Steve Jobs and Eric Schmidt had lunch in a sandwich shop casually there.
- exdsq 5y agoCheck out the site itself by clicking the link and you’ll see it’s only been up one other time in the last year! Much more is shared about SF, probably because way more HN users are living there.
