For me, it's medication. Alprazolam, whenever I feel that my anxiety level is unjustifiable - and panic causes a lot more physical pain that plain anxiety, so I kinda know if it's a panic attack.
Over the years I started getting used to it - not much to worry when it comes, just pop alprazolam.
It's a medical condition.
- muldvarp 5y agoYou probably know this, but to anyone reading this: Be very careful with alprazolam. Benzodiazepine dependence is absolutely not something I can recommend.
