They also banned all trade with lugansk and donetsk republics, sanctioned 27 individuals responsible for recognition, mentioned 351 lawmakers and blocked Russian central bank from getting financing from EU. Most strict seems to be financial sanction, altough I am not that versed to talk about it. Otherwise sanctions seems weak.
