From residential Comcast/Xfinity cable in Portland, Oregon, GitHub itself is working, but GitHub Pages sites (e.g. https://clasqm.github.io/freedos-repo/ https://clasqm.github.io/freedos-repo/ ) are showing an angry unicorn error message (503). The same sites work fine from any Tor exit node I've tried so far.
