I went cold turkey on it when I bought a new phone. “Just don’t install it for one week, see how it goes”. That was months ago. There was fomo at the beginning, but now I have one attention sinkhole less in my mind, less drama and outrage in my life. If I ever get back to it, it’ll be in write-only mode
