If content is relevant for HN, I would like to see it, even if it’s on Twitter. Yes, we would collectively prefer that it’s in a blog and that there are no paywalls or login screens, that RSS is available everywhere, that Google Reader is still alive, etc. But that’s not the current reality. To make things less abstract, John Carmack is active on twitter. Should we ban a link to his tweets if it’s something interesting?
