Why is that a bad thing? It seems like everyone in here is jumping to conclusions?
- porknubbins 5y agoYou’re right theres not a lot to show seed oils are really bad for you, thats why I mentioned avoiding them as a precaution. Its completely unscientific but frying with highly processed canola makes your kitchen smell vaguely like paint thinner which is unpleasant if not unhealthy.
