The worst PMs are those that get something vague into an OKR, then disappear for 6 months and then check in, only to find ways to distance themselves from the delivery of the project.
The second worse PMs are those that need 80% of project time to research on button shapes and colors, leaving only 20% of engineering time to do research and building the feature.
