For all the good that people say it has, it is undeniable that it will enable evil when oppressive governments have new ways to project power untraceably. Whether you love or hate the CIA, the CIA will project power this way, and probably already has. And there are a lot of people who hate the CIA. But it wouldn't be that hard to expect to see black market arms deals be done over crypto. Or payment to terrorists (and their families) as well.
