Very interesting. I favour a completely opposite approach and I don't track anything of what I do, I just take notes looking at the future: what I should be doing next. It's a sort of backlog and it's entirely digital and it gets reorganised constantly. Some of it is a freeform list of ideas I liked at some point or another. Some of it is what I absolutely need to do during the day. Some of it is what I absolutely need to do in the following week.
