OP here. TBH I was that close of doing that, I totaly understand your reaction. But until this day I was happy with the service provided, never had a bad surprise, and my profile is very shiny with good reviews from everywhere I stayed, alone or with my (young) kids so I never have problem to book any place I go. But maybe it's time to try other services
