Repurposing the £27bn "strategic roads budget" in an age of climate change would build a whole lot of cycleways.
- HPsquared 5y agoI'm sure it would, but 'cost per mile travelled' is a pretty standard measure, it gives a sense of proportion. Maybe it could also have a 'cost per kg CO2 saved" "value of time saved" etc etc.
