There seem to be many flaws in this article. The one that stuck out to me was chart showing the "Change in Shoplifting by Geography". Though it says shoplifting is down 40% in SF, this is "decline in shoplifting reports". If nobody is going to do anything about shoplifting, are shops going to bother reporting it? Seems to be a severely flawed post. Note: I don't live in SF, and have no dog in this fight.
