I am trying to contact AT&T due to them thinking I haven't returned their hardware yet. Calling "customer support" results in about three minutes of being "on hold" followed by "leave a message." They call back hours and hours later and don't even leave a message. Virtual "chat" is just glorified drop-down list automation using "AI." It's pathetic.
