Are there not situations in which we're obligated not to follow the law? Every tyranny in history has been legal.
- tastyfreeze 5y agoYes. Any law that breaks the highest law of the land is invalid and should be disobeyed. However, as long as there is a tyrannical government willing to enforce invalid laws there are still consequences for breaking them.
