I do wish there was more corporate diversification in the offering of low cost index funds like VTI. How hard can it really be to set up a total stock market ETF? You could probably manage the whole thing on a couple computers.

Isn't that what VWRL/VWRP is? Or do you mean something different from that?

  I meant more so that there are alternatives to VTI. Like if Vanguard was split into 20 different companies, and each started its own VTI equivalent.
