There's a package for using R libraries (https://juliainterop.github.io/RCall.jl/stable/ https://juliainterop.github.io/RCall.jl/stable/) and one for Python libraries (https://github.com/JuliaPy/PyCall.jl https://github.com/JuliaPy/PyCall.jl). It's pretty seamless.
