Thank all you parents for the work that you do raising the next generation. It must be soooo difficult. When I read articles like this, I feel an intense anger and disgust for the children. I rationally know it’s not their fault; they’re helpless and didn’t choose this. When I have had to care for a child in distress, I don’t have the feeling. It’s only when I read about it or hear a neighbor’s child wailing. Maybe it reflects some neglect I experienced. Regardless, it is one of the many reasons I don’t have kids. But anyway, thanks to those of you who can manage it. Somebody needs to raise the people who will be changing my diapers soon enough.
