  What makes Basecamp "cloud"? There's a material difference between software delivered as a service and ephemeral IT infrastructure (cloud computing).

      You're just talking about hosted software, then. That's been around since the 90s... Using Cloud to mean abstracted server infrastructure is much more useful. Otherwise it's just a meaningless catch-all marketing term.
