But finally it is their decision how exactly to treat these predictions. 2. You are right in many cases it is correct. Especially because movements are sometimes dependent on the non technical signals. But for short term predictions technical analysis plays huge role. Projects algorithms are based on it's own AI model, mostly based on technical indicators.
