    Possibly. Suspect you’ll start seeing lots of pictograms. “I’m the guy with 3 ducks” and in their profile pic in the background is an image of 3 ducks. Or something like that. Could be too much effort for most to try workaround though.

  Not a real problem. If putting text in photos helped, people would already do it. Nobody cares about text. Sorry.
