This is currently how Pennsylvania works it’s background checks for working with children. PA law requires everyone who volunteers or works with kids to do a couple state specific background checks. The response from these is a “allow to work with kids” / “not allowed”. They don’t tell you the details. it’s actually pretty privacy focused way to accomplish things.
