I'm not sure why you're downvoted so much -- I am all in on Nix. I use it professionally. I agree with you 100%. I'm convinced whoever solves the UX issue of Nix will have the next "big thing" on their hands. I hope it's the OSS community and not a repeat of Docker, Inc.
