I don't think we should be calling it internet addiction though. The internet can be used for so many things, many of them beneficial overall. People may suffer from social media addiction, or gaming addiction or porn addiction, or TV/video addiction, but internet addiction seems overly broad. Am I addicted to the internet because I check the weather every day or look at google maps every time I go anywhere?
