- zitterbewegung 5y agoA bit of googling says that Israel and In-Q-tel have had joint ventures maybe you just assumed that In-Q-Tel was based in Israel.
- paganel 5y agoIt’s also because of entities like In-Q-Tel that we have Google Maps. I said it before, I don’t understand how come Russia has allowed the Streetview cars to do their thing on the streets of Russia more than once.
