Lots are, more aren’t, and people seem more wired to care about the awful ones than they should. The lesson from 7th grade is that you need to look for the few decent people out of the roomful of assholes and indifferents. Tune the latter out. You cannot be famous and on social media without an adequately thick skin. At least on social media they’re not in the actual physical room with you (that you can tell). I know, easier said than done.
