I've written hundreds of pages on our wiki. One other coworker has written a few dozen. Everyone else has written like 0-3 entries. 99.99% of people really hate documenting stuff. I'm not sure why unless someone has a photographic memory. It is amazing to have someone ask you something about an obscure process or subject and remember that you explored it and documented it in detail 3 years ago and can get back up to speed in 10 minutes rather than 10 hours.
