Much of this discussion is about frameworks, technology and trends in JavaScript as a language. However, I personally find it shocking to see such a huge disparity when reviewing the gender breakdown between male, female and non-binary https://2021.stateofjs.com/en-US/demographics/#gender https://2021.stateofjs.com/en-US/demographics/#gender. Simply put, the JavaScript community is still not doing a good job when it comes to inclusivity. That needs to change.
