Sure, but you might just throw in cheap bulbs before you show it. Depends if you move out first. If I ever sold this place, I would move out most of my ha and automation stuff first. Even a generic hot cold thermostat is pretty cheap and easy to put in. Would probably leave recessed touch screens though.
