Why not? Wouldn't it encourage more people to move to the state and increase income tax / sales tax / property tax revenue?
- dymk 5y agoThe people electing the officials that make these policies are the ones that want to keep low-density housing. It's suicide for a politician to sponsor rezoing legislation.
