BMO had issues with its Global Money Transfer. RBC had issues with its online banking system (and acknowledged it). Other banks seem to have had mostly no or only minor issues. This is pure speculation based on anecdotal reports. Most of the reports started on twitter and the numbers - except for RBC - are negligible.
