Fade Into Murder had the whole blackmail thing going on in the background. Where did Columbo hound someone who wasn't Robert Culp in A Friend In Deed? He was a little squirrely getting the private-spy's info at the water fountain (and the whole ice-cream/swing encounter) but that's all I can think of.
