Ask HN: ChiliZ/Socios – valid crypto business, or another ponzi scheme?

Been using the US app for Socios for a while, with a minimal investment (more interest in the original idea and supporting logistics/mechanics). I have noticed in the last three - four months a complete disregard to emails sent into their support team, concerning the future of an advertised change in the US app, never materialized, and equal lack of responsiveness on what is happening with the personal data collected in the process. Is this service for real, or is this another "run and cut your losses ASAP"?
