> How unpleasant school is compared to work. Well, I just started studying to get a degree in something I have already worked, and let me tell you, it is extremely fulfilling and enjoyable in ways I could not have imagined. And I don't say it is easy or trivial, I have to prepare for exams and stuff. But just looking from the perspective of the actual experience, it is great. And having worked for some micromanaging if-I-pay-you-you're-my-slave unpleasant bosses in the past, no, hard disagree. Work now is good, but it was not good twenty years ago when I started. Having said that, I am in Europe. Other places should offer different experiences.
