- sgjohnson 5y agoThis would require amending the Outer Space Treaty, wouldn't it? Although you could probably just ignore it, because nobody is going to enforce the "no-sovereignty-claims" clause. And if someone chooses to enforce it after all, just put some guns on your claimed territory.
