I don't think anyone has suggested this is a solution to the rising cost of education. That's a separate problem. I'd love to hear your proposal for fixing it. This is a proposal to fix the mountain of debt that's preventing Millenials and Gen X from purchasing property and building wealth. It is only intended to fix that problem which will be a remaining symptom/problem of the increasing price of education, even if you propose a magic solution that stops education costs from increasing.
