- rektide 5y agorobots are are themselves the googley-eye pr pitch. automation, mechanized industrialization: that's a much realer way to talk about it. we could probably find better/realler terms yet!! the image being sold is all Johnny 5 but the truth is a jaguar with another $60k of sensors & computers on it.
- salawat 5y agoTranslation: Instead of being more reasonable about the worker/investor value split, we're going to double down on trying to figure out how to make money without hiring people. Never mind no amount of automation is going to pull anybody out of a labor shortfall.
