- tomjakubowski 5y agoIt's remarkable how much more pleasant a city is on streets that are closed down to cars. If your city hosts Ciclovías, go and check them out if only to sit at a restaurant outside and eat lunch in near total serenity.

- bobbylarrybobby 5y agoIt was remarkable just how quiet NYC was recently during a snow storm. Cars weren't out and about and it was heaven.
