V’02peak is an odd phrasing, sounds like it’s a quick approximation of VO2max. [1] For anyone with a mild aerobic base, wouldn’t 65-75% of VO2max be easy to mod

  I think VO2 peak is a real thing, but it is measurement specific (i.e. peak value achieved on a test). Not very useful in this context.
